MY FAMILY MEMBER WENT THERE AS I MADE A CALL IN ORDER THREE WEEKS AGO AND I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE NAME HEATHER WHOM TOOK MY ORDER I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WAS VERY BUSY AT THAT TIME BUT AS I SPOKE WITH HER TO PLACE MY ORDER SHE WAS IMPATIENT VERY RUDE LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS, SHE SEEMED TO BE HIGH ARE DRUNK, AND CONTINUED TO CALL OUT MY ORDER INCORRECTLY. SO I ASKED HER DOES EXTRA CHEESE COMES ON THE HOUSE SPECIAL SHE REPLIED WE HAVE CHEESE ON ALL PIZZAS, SO I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I KNOW CHEESE COMES ON ALL PIZZA AND I REPLIED I ASKED DO EXTRA CHEESE COMES ON THE HOUSE SPECIAL THAT'S ALL AND SHE WAS YELLING AND SAID I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THESE CUSTOMERS TONIGHT WE ARE BUSY AND I DON'T HAVE TIME SO I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL EITHER MY SON IN LAW WAS THERE AND HE SEEN THEM BOTH LAUGHING MY SON IN LAW TOLD ME IF HE DID NOT KNOW ANY BETTER HE THOUGHT THAT THE MANAGER WHO'S NAME IS TRAE AND THE EMPLOYEE NAME HEATHER HAS A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP GOING ON .HE TOLD ME THAT THE MANAGER AND THE WORKER DISREGARDED ME AS A CUSTOMER AND HE ADVISED ME NOT TO EAT FROM THERE SO HE PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND THAT I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH COORPERATE SO THE NEXT DAY I REPORTED THEM, AND THE ATLANTA COMPANY CALLED THE MACON MELLOW MUSHROOM IN MACON, THE GENERAL MANAGER NAME IS DARYL I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE TRYING NEW RESTAURANTS IN MACON SO WE NEVER ORDERED FROM MELLOW MUSHROOM BEFORE SO WE WANTED TO EAT FROM THERE THAT EVENING BUT IT WAS A DISASTER THE GENERAL MANAGER SEEMED TO BE HELPFUL AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WANTED ME AND MY FAMILY TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO PROVE THEIR LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS SO THE GENERAL MANAGER SAID HE WAS SENDING US A GIFT CARD TO TRY AGAIN ON A GOOD START BUT HE NEVER SENT THE GIFT CARD AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO SEE IF WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF . THE MELLOW MUSHROOM IN MACON GA WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND THE MELLOW MUSHROOM IS A MAJOR LET DOWN DON'T THINK WE WILL EVER TRY TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
